Lead Facilitator & Retreat Founder
Author of "Phoenix Rising" and founder of Phoenix Confidence, Chantelle is a certified executive coach specializing in authentic leadership development. She created the Phoenix Blueprint methodology after recognizing that the most effective leaders don't perform leadership—they embody it.
With over a decade of experience working with C-suite executives and high-performing teams, Chantelle helps high-potential women bridge the gap between who they are and how they lead, building what she calls "identity integrity."
Lead Facilitator for all Phoenix Blueprint sessions and strategic integration work.
Celina Peerman
Co-Host & Business Psychology Expert
Dr. Celina Peerman brings deep expertise in organizational psychology and leadership development to Phoenix Rising. As founder of The Peerman Group and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional, she specializes in helping leaders navigate complexity and uncertainty with strategic clarity.
With her PhD in business psychology and extensive experience as an international speaker, Dr. Peerman guides high-potential women through the psychological aspects of authentic leadership. Her recent work focuses on "Leading the Gap" - helping leaders make decisions and build capacity during periods of transition and change.
Co-facilitates leadership sessions and provides psychological frameworks for leadership transformation.
Jessica Tierney
Women’s Empowerment & Safety Specialist
Jessica Tierney is a dedicated advocate for women's safety and empowerment, specializing in self-defense training and violence prevention. Through her Self-Defense Grrl program, she empowers women with practical skills, situational awareness, and the confidence to protect themselves in potentially dangerous situations.
Her approach combines physical self-defense techniques with psychological empowerment, helping women recognize threats, minimize risk, and respond effectively when needed. Jessica's work focuses on giving women back their power through knowledge, skills, and supportive community building.
Leads a special session on personal safety and empowerment during the retreat, integrating physical confidence with leadership presence.
