For years, I performed to everyone else's expectations—until I couldn't anymore. My Phoenix moment happened when I stopped trying to be who I thought I should be and remembered who I actually was.
That transformation became the Phoenix Blueprint. And now I help women do the same—strip away the bullshit conditioning, come home to themselves, and lead from that place.
I'm a certified coach, the author of Phoenix Rising, and founder of Phoenix Confidence. But my real credential? I've been where you are. And I know the way out.

Jessica teaches women how to take up space without apology.
Through her Self-Defense Grrl program, she helps women recognize threats, trust their instincts, and respond with power when needed. But it's not just about physical safety—it's about reclaiming the confidence that gets stolen when the world tells you to play small.
At Phoenix Rising, Jessica leads a session on personal safety and empowerment—integrating physical presence with leadership presence. Because when you know you can protect yourself, you show up differently everywhere.
