I help high-potential women bridge the gap between who they are and how they lead. My journey to this work began in the corporate world, where I discovered that while technical skills get you promoted, authentic leadership is what transforms organizations.
After years of building successful teams and scaling businesses, I recognized a pattern: the most effective leaders weren't performing leadership—they were embodying it. This insight became the foundation for the Phoenix Blueprint methodology, now used by executives across industries to build what I call "identity integrity."
As founder of Phoenix, I've worked with C-suite leaders and high-performing teams to align their success with their authentic authority.
I'm the author of "Phoenix Rising" and my approach combines neuroscience-backed identity work with strategic leadership development. My facilitation style is direct, strategic, and results-focused.
