Meet Chantelle
I know what it's like to look like you have it all together on the outside while falling apart on the inside.
For years, I performed to everyone else's definition of success—the "right" kind of mother, entrepreneur, woman. I checked all the boxes, wore all the masks. But I was so exhausted from being who everyone else needed me to be that I planned my suicide.
That moment became my Phoenix moment.
Not because I changed who I was—but because I remembered who I was before the bullshit conditioning took over. I came home to myself. I defended my identity TO me and FOR me—no one else.
That transformation didn't happen over months. It happened overnight. Not because I learned something new, but because I unlearned everything that wasn't mine.
And that's what I help women do now.
The Phoenix Blueprint isn't a leadership program. It's identity reclamation. It's for women who are done performing, done pretending, done living by someone else's definition of "right." Women who are ready to get inside their lived experience—not over it.
I've worked with executives, entrepreneurs, and women leading households—all juggling multiple identities, all exhausted from the performance. And every single one of them thought they were broken.
They weren't. You're not. You're having a breakthrough disguised as a breakdown.
My approach combines neuroscience-backed identity work with one non-negotiable truth: The most powerful leaders are the ones who stop performing and start being. And every woman is a leader.
I wrote Phoenix Rising because I needed women to know that coming home to yourself isn't self-indulgent—it's self-defense. And the Phoenix Rising Retreat is where that transformation happens, fully and without apology.
If you're beautifully over it, I get it. I've been where you are. And I'm here to tell you: It's okay to feel like that. Feel it fully. And then we'll tackle the next.
Ready to come home to yourself?
The Phoenix Identity Map
The framework that guides our time together
This map is your internal GPS and right now, it's probably telling you to go in five different directions at once.
The Identity Map shows you what most self discovery work ignores: the gap between the face you show the world and the truth you're hiding from yourself.
It's not about adding more skills or strategies. It's about seeing where you're performing one identity while living another—and why that disconnect is exhausting the hell out of you.
At Phoenix Rising Mauritius, we use this map to find where the friction is. Where you're saying yes but meaning no. Where you're leading with someone else's voice instead of your own. Where the woman you are at work, at home, with friends, with colleagues—isn't the same woman.
And then? We bring her home. All of her. Integrated. Aligned. Unapologetic.
Because sustainable change doesn't happen when you add another mask. It happens when you take them all off.
Ready to come home to yourself?
What you can expect from me and how we’ll journey together
What You Can Expect From Me
I'm not here to fix you. You're not broken. I'm here to ask the questions that make you stop and think: "Wait... is that actually true? Or is that just what I've been told?"
I'll tell you what I see—and I won't sugarcoat it. Not because I'm harsh, but because you're paying me to help you see what you can't see yourself. If something's off, I'll name it. If you're bullshitting yourself, I'll call it. Always with respect. Always in service of YOUR growth.
I'll challenge you—because I believe in you. The women who come to this retreat don't need someone to hold their hand. They need someone to hold up a mirror and say, "You're capable of so much more than this performance you're putting on."
This is a partnership, not a prescription. If something I'm saying doesn't land, tell me. If a framework feels off, speak up. This is YOUR transformation—I'm just the guide. And I'll do the same. If I sense you're holding back or playing small, you'll hear about it.
What happens here, stays here. Your breakthroughs, your tears, your "holy shit" moments—they're sacred. You won't find yourself as a case study or a social media post. This space is yours, fully and completely.
My Belief System & Philosophy
You can't strategy your way out of an identity crisis. I don't care how many frameworks you know - if you don't know who the hell you are underneath it all, you're just performing. And performance is exhausting. So we start with who you are, then we build around that. Not the other way around.
The gap between who you are and who you're pretending to be? That's where the breakdown happens. I'm listening for it. The moment you say one thing but your body says another. The moment your voice changes when you talk about work vs. when you talk about what lights you up.
This isn't woo-woo, and it's not just theory. It's neuroscience. It's psychology. It's what happens when you get out of your head and into your body. I believe in evidence—and I believe in feeling it in your bones.
I'm not here to turn you into me. I'm not here to give you my style, my voice, my way of doing things. I'm here to help you find YOURS—and then own it without apology.
If something feels off, say it. I mean it. This work only works if we're both being honest. If I'm pushing you in a direction that doesn't feel true, tell me. If you're nodding along but internally resisting, tell me. We can't build identity integrity on bullshit.
